This is the VTel “Talking Computron” that was sold by Sears. It is a kid’s toy like “Speak and Spell”. The electronic voice talks and the 8 character LED shows off text. There are 20 games included as well as a cartridge port. This handheld video game/mini computer released in 1986 is a real blast from the past.
